1. About us
This website (recruitmentstrike.net) is operated by NCM Technology Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, trading as RecruitmentStrike ("we", "us", "our"). RecruitmentStrike is a specialist recruitment operations Strike built on the StrikeStack platform.
Questions about these Terms can be sent to legal@recruitmentstrike.net.
2. What these Terms cover
These Terms govern access to and use of this public website. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
These Terms do not govern access to the RecruitmentStrike product or the processing of client, role, candidate, CV or other recruitment-workflow information within it. Product access, support, data processing and service commitments are governed by a separate written customer agreement and any applicable data-processing terms.
The website contact form is for business enquiries only. Do not use it to submit a job application, CV, candidate profile or sensitive personal information.
3. Product information and in-development features
The site explains the intended direction and capabilities of RecruitmentStrike, including recruitment workflows that may be in development, limited release or subject to change. Website descriptions, examples, mock data, screenshots and demonstrations are general information, not a commitment that every feature is available or will be delivered on a particular date.
The scope, price, availability, service levels and other commercial commitments for a customer are only those set out in the relevant written agreement.
4. Changes to the site and these Terms
We may update, suspend or withdraw any part of the website and may revise these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when these Terms were last updated. Changes apply from publication and do not retrospectively amend a separate customer agreement.
5. Acceptable use
You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- use the site in breach of any applicable law or regulation;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers, connected systems or data;
- introduce malware, attack the site, interfere with its operation or test its security without prior written permission;
- scrape, harvest or systematically extract site content or data by automated means without our prior written permission;
- impersonate another person, misrepresent your affiliation or submit information you are not entitled to provide; or
- use the contact form for spam, candidate submissions or unlawful content.
We may restrict access to protect the site, our users or others, and may report suspected unlawful activity where appropriate.
6. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the website and its content — including copy, designs, graphics, logos, software and demonstrations — are owned by or licensed to NCM Technology Ltd and are protected by intellectual-property laws.
You may view the site and print or download a reasonable extract for your own internal, non-commercial evaluation. You must not reproduce, republish, modify, distribute or commercially exploit site content without prior written permission.
RecruitmentStrike is one specialist Strike on StrikeStack. The RecruitmentStrike and StrikeStack names, logos and associated branding may not be used in a way that suggests endorsement, partnership or ownership without permission from the relevant rights holder.
7. Recruitment decisions and professional advice
Website content and product examples do not constitute recruitment, employment, legal, immigration, right-to-work, data-protection or other professional advice. Recruiters, employers and other users remain responsible for their own decisions, notices, checks and compliance obligations. Nothing on the site represents an attestation about a candidate or their eligibility to work.
8. Website availability and accuracy
We aim to keep the site useful and accurate but do not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, error-free or current. To the extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided without warranties, conditions or representations, whether express or implied.
You are responsible for configuring your technology and should use appropriate protection against viruses and other harmful material.
9. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Subject to that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, NCM Technology Ltd is not liable for loss arising from reliance on public website content, inability to access the site, loss of data, or indirect or consequential loss. Liability arising from a RecruitmentStrike customer relationship is governed by the applicable customer agreement, not this clause.
10. Third-party links
Links to third-party sites, including StrikeStack resources, are provided for convenience and context. We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. A link does not by itself imply endorsement.
11. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data collected through this website and distinguishes website enquiries from customer-directed product processing.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and any non-contractual dispute or claim arising from them are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable law gives you a right to bring proceedings in another court.
